kare-okay!

plaster casts, the good old standard, nothing can compare. right now i have this metal splint dealy. its a good deal more comfortable however it has 1 major flaw: it can be removed. this provides a good deal more comfort, but alot less effectiveness. i am not wearing it right now. thats not good because i am supposed to wear it all the time. the option of taking it off, means that i WILL take it off. it goes against any medical advice i have recieved. stick to the classics, bring back the plaster.
